Paul Glinkowski worked on arts programmes at BBC Television before joining the Arts Council’s visual arts department from 1996 to 2004.

Biography

From 2005 to 2007 he was Rootstein Hopkins Research Fellow at Wimbledon College of Art. Since that time he has been Senior Researcher at the Engine Room, working on projects for clients including NESTA, the Wellcome Trust and the Federation of Music Services.
