Brief Description

'When Is Yesterday Coming Again?' documents Phase 1 of the pilot project, Creativity Matters. The report gives a background on how the project was developed, as well as the project parameters and the research process.  Within the research process a variety of data was collected during the Phase 1, both of a quantitative and qualitative nature.

The research data includes attendance, demographic and achievement-based statistics, as well as written observations, interviews, images, and other forms of documentation. The report provides an analysis of the project over five main areas: results and implications for children; impact on adolescents; impact on teachers and staff; impact on artists; and impact on parents and the community. The analysis also includes general conclusions, project limitations, and areas for further investigation.
